Scott Kidd has over 25 years of maritime experience, including new builds, refits, project management and yacht management.

He is a licensed USCG Master of 1600 US tonnage / 3000 international all oceans.

In this career his cruising includes the Mediterranean, Gulf Coast including Mexico, Great Lakes, Atlantic Canada to Florida, Caribbean, Bahamas and South China Sea, onboard vessels of many types and sizes.

Scott Kidd has been a real estate investor for the past few years, and currently invests in Multi-family apartments.

He has invested as a Limited Partner in apartments in the Columbus, Ohio area along with a multifamily apartments in the Daytona area, and apartments in West Palm Beach.

The limited partnership is a syndication and the two other properties are Joint Ventures.

He also runs a meetup group called Yachtie Real Estate Investors in Fort Lauderdale.
